SUGGESTIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP: “LEADERSHIP, THE PULL OF YOUR SOUL WAY”

(What follows is an excerpt from my e-book, 100 Positive suggestions for Successful Leadership: Leadership, The Pull of your Soul way”, previously published as kindle.)

20 Positive suggestions for Successful Leadership

  1. Believe and entrust in people; they are divine expressions of Creation. They are God themselves.
  2. Every human being that you interact is there to teach you a lesson which is quintessential to your own evolution. Remember there is order in everything.
  3. Every experience helps you evolve, if you pay heed to the message.
  4. Your mental picture truly matters. Envision a productive and blissful inner picture of yourself.
  5. Continual state of resourcefulness and an ongoing commitment to improving yourself is the way to embark enduring happiness.
  6. Keep your center calm through silence and peace.
  7. Strive to rise above your station in life but remain centered and aligned to that inner core of peace and silence.
  8. When things don’t go your way, which they occasionally and inevitably will, step back and acknowledge this: maybe they were never meant to go the way you intended. Remember: your area of success (and expertise) seeks you just the way you seek it.
  9. Every human being has a divine purpose, which the Cosmos strives to fulfill; allow it to occur, don’t invite strife when there are none. In God’s Universe, strife is not possible, only happy and conducive results…conducive not just to your own individual evolution but also to the evolution of the Cosmos itself. Reaffirm: Everything is in divine order. Your success seeks you just the way you seek it.
  10. Remember that chaos is only external; your inner state is imperturbable and in a state of unswerving peace and stillness. Whenever chaos occurs in your Outer World, access your inner peace and seek guidance, you will never be denied balance and bliss, which is your birth-right.
  11. Learn from your mistakes, and remember that constantly criticizing and judging others is a mistake–a mistake that can teach a lesson which is: Empower people through constructive criticisms, and don’t set out to destroy them, because by doing so you will only end up destroying yourself. Keep your acrimonious and destructive criticisms to yourself.  And let me reaffirm: Don’t set out to destroy people, you will only succeed in destroying yourself.
  12. Respect elders and children; they are infallible manifestations of Divine and hence life’s truest gifts.
  13. Remain in touch with nature. Simplest and seemingly unimportant natural occurrences could provide greatest source of inspirations.
  14. Know thy true nature which is of pure bliss and unfathomable and infallible silence.
  15. Remain simple and humble at all times. Simplicity is greatest of human virtues, yet so rare.  All of nature exults in simplicity.
  16. Use gadgets and stuff but don’t be used by them. There is only a limited sense of pleasure that can be achieved through stuff-worship.
  17. Empower children through love and tolerance. Enable and encourage them to revel in creativity.
  18. Love older people. Remember that we are riding high in the aftermath of a successful and easy life through concerted efforts and hardships of  people who have grown old rearing us, and owing to the inevitable laws of nature, which is inevitably going to be ours too! How would you like to be treated in your old age? The answer that wells forth should be how you should treat your elders.
  1. Don’t get hung up on your looks. External beauty–and all forms and expressions of it-will eventually fade. Align to and acknowledge the divinity inherent in all people and all situations. This understanding alone will free you from all your prejudices, allowing you to revere the true nature of things automatically.
  1. Your life has an individual purpose. No matter how grim or bleak your current situation is, you can always beget happiness and fulfillment. But you need to brighten up your inner World first; the outer World will be brightened spontaneously.
