How are you different?

Userlytics was the 1st company to provide a video based user testing platform with picture-in-picture views of respondents. In other words, you are not simply recording the screen the participants is seeing, and their audio commentary, you are also recording a webcam view of the participant.

This not only increases the qualitative insights from user testing, but also ensures that the user test participant is your target Person, and not a professional tester.

Userlytics is also the 1st video based user testing platform to launch branching logic (conditional logic), such that the instructions and questions remote user testing participants receive are based on their previous responses and actions.

This brings unmoderated usability testing, an inherently scalable user testing solution, closer to the advantages of moderated usability testing, which allows excellent personalization of instructions but suffers from a lack of scalability (you can only manage a limited number of user testing participants per each user experience researcher).

Also unique is the combination of qualitative and quantitative user testing deliverables, adding usability metrics such as system usability scale (SUS), Time on Task, Success/failure ratios, Single Ease Question (SEQ), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and similar to the qualitative picture-in-picture user testing videos.
